Relay for VOIP

If this is discussed in another thread please direct me there as I cannot find it.

We are in the process of migrating to a VoIP system. The phones have the ability to email you at whatever number / SMS you desire. We are wanting to relay these notices through Zimbra.

Has anyone done this and if so could you point me in the right direction. I would go over what I have done so far but it's not working so I just want to start from scratch.

I presume they are on internal IPs and are part of your trusted networks in ZCS ? Would really need to see a extract from /var/log/zimbra.log to see why they are not being relayed.
