Create user without mailbox

We are using LDAP authentication for our WIKI and JIRA using the LDAP from Zimbra for central authentication.

We only have a 50 user license for mailboxes, but we have more users than that in our WIKI, JIRA, etc. Is it possible to create more LDAP users without the mailboxes so we can avoid upgrading the license?

I think the license is more sort of 'per user' than 'per mailbox' although it all really amounts to the same thing; so I'd be inclined to think that you would need to increase the licensing.

As this is a NE question though, you will want a formal answer from Zimbra themselves, log a question using the support portal or telephone Zimbra sales department and they will be able to clarify this for you.
