Default [SOLVED] Redirect to HTML mode for one user

One of my users is getting redirected to HTML mode. When he logs in, he gets the HTML version of Zimbra, not the Ajax version. If someone else logs onto their account on his laptop, they get the Ajax version of Zimbra. His laptop's display settings are correct, and his account is set to login using Ajax. The issue is on 2 different systems:

Safari 1.3 on my old iMac that runs OSX 10.3.9,
Safari 3.2.1 on my new MacBook running OSX 10.4.11.

Any ideas?

[zimbra@zmail ~]$ zmprov ga user@domain.com | grep zimbraPrefClientType
zimbraPrefClientType: advanced

User info changed for security, obviously. :-)

Same happen in other browsers besides Safari? Mac only?

Attach a dump of his 'zmprov ga user@domain.com' output.

I'm checking to see if the platform/browser change will make a difference. As an admin, clicking "View Mail" shows the Ajax version. I've attached the output of that command.

Are they logging in via a bookmark, and does that bookmark have a ?client=html specifier, or is it to http://host.domain.com/mail/h?

Yep, that was it. I didn't even think of that... and we've had this problem before with a client's bookmark pointing to a particular theme. Anyway, thank you!
