Default Database Integrity Check Error 5.0.11 on (unsupported) CentOS 5

Hello all,
Am running tests on this configuration 5.0.11 on CentOS5. I installed this setup last Friday and let it run over the weekend. No load, no users, basically a stability check. Today I logged into the server as admin and there was an email in the Inbox:

Database errors found:

/opt/zimbra/mysql/bin/mysqlcheck --defaults-file=/opt/zimbra/conf/my.cnf -S /opt/zimbra/db/mysql.sock -A -C -s -u root --password=
mysql.db
warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
mysql.user
warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
zimbra.jiveID
warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
zimbra.jiveUserProp
warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
zimbra.jiveVersion
warning : 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly

I've never seen this before on my 5.0.9 server running on OpenSuSE.
Any idea what is going on here?

Anything in /opt/zimbra/db/data/hostname.err?
Might run a /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdbintegrityreport -r -v
