Deleted Emails

I have deleted an email from my mail box and the trash folder. I am extremely in need of that email, how can I get to that deleted email?
btw, I am using two computer, my loptop and desktop, to access my email.

Once it's deleted from the Trash folder it's gone, I'm afraid. Unless you have a backup or you've downloaded it to a client then you've not much chance of doing anything.
