Default Problems with upgrade from 4.5.6 to 5.0.11

I have two issues that we have not been able to fix since we upgraded from 4.5.6 to 5.0.11.

1. I have one user that when they receive a request to share a folder the Accept and Decline options at the top of the email they receive does not show, all other accounts work perfectly. Worked in 4.5.6

a. This user can create shares to other accounts and those accounts have no issues, with her share request.

b. All other shares between accounts have no issues.

c. As a note; this is the only user that uses the Outlook connector, don’t know if that has anything to do with the price of tea in China, but…….

2. In 4.5.6 we had Document Folders, after the upgrade to 5.0.11, none of the documents inside of the folders can be accessed:

a. Tab to edit the documents are grayed out.

b. You can’t view the entire document, it is grayed out, only the first line or so is visible.

c. Creation and editing of new documents works perfectly.

Thanks in advance!!!

Default Status Update

After 5 days of no response here in the forums, we submitted a case #33353.
We still do not have a permanent solution, but we do now have a work around.

This issue is now posted in Bugzilla – Bug 34010

If anyone else is having this issue use the below information for a temporary fix until zimbra can fix it in the code.

As a workaround until the issue is resolved, you can mount shared folders by using the following command;

zmmailbox -z -m user@domain.com cm /shared share@domain.com /

The following link provides more information about how to create shares and mount shares to mailbox’s.

Zmmailbox - Zimbra :: Wiki

I hope this helps someone
