Is it possible to limit user access just to one instance? Meaning a user can only login once.
Thanks.

Not today. Why would you want a user to get only one login?
For security purposes. There are times that a user often leave their client open and tries to open again another client to another workstation.Quote:

Ahh ok you mean only login to one client at a time. I thought you meant one login total. This is not something we have and doubt we'll add. In general we encourage multiple clients so would not want to restrict this. If you feel you need this please file it in bugzilla. You could also just set your timeouts low and force people to re-login often.
Hmm, I find it odd that any business would consider leaving open a mail session and possible confidential email there for all to see/access. I mentioned this potential problem a while ago.
Perhaps an option in Zimbra to allow a user or admin to change the restriction on the mailbox might be effective?
Drop it in bugzilla and we'll see what can be done. To me personally this would be annoying. Since if I sync my PocketPC phone, or my Mac via iSync or IMAP with Thunderbird it would kick me off the web UI. I guess we could limit this feature to the Web UI only but not sure which your asking for.
