Default Delivery Failure Notification

I have users who sometimes send messages that are not delivered. However, it might be days later before they receive any indication that the message was rejected or otherwise nondeliverable.

Is there anyway to notify the sender that a message has not be delivered or accepted by the receiving mail server more quickly?

Thanks, Phoenix. That's exactly what I'm looking for.

I added a bounce_queue_lifetime entry to main.cf and restarted Zimbra. Do you know if that change will survive when I upgrade ZCS the next time?

No, it won't survive and you'll have to make the change after the next upgrade.

This bug will be in the next major release. I would, however, just check after that upgrade that it's set to the value you require.
