Exclamation Zimbra 5.0.11 NE auto deleting email 1 account

I have 430 accounts, just one account receives an email and then is auto deleting after around 2 minutes. I have checked Email Retention Policy which is set to "0". Since this is a shared INBOX, I have deleted the share an recreated it. I have deleted the account and created it as new. And up to this point nothing works. Can someone please provide what I can try next?

I have completed a test by adding another account and using the FORWARDING capabilities and in the new mailbox, the emails remain and due to not setting up the forwarding to delete the email from the original mailbox and the original mailbox still deletes the message in 2 minutes or so this tells me there is a problem on the original mailbox.

I hope this helps provide additional information to formulate a solution to this issue.

It sounds to me as though someone is connected to that mailbox with a POP3 client, that would be the only way email gets deleted from the inbox.

Check /opt/zimbra/log/audit.log to see who is connecting.

I have reviewed the logs and no errors noted, only incoming mail INFO (POP3) entries. I have verified only connection I know of is using Web Client. Not sure how to locate any other facts on this issue. IDEAS?

By default most POP3 clients will delete the mail from the server when they download it. Since this is a shared mailbox it sounds like somebody has setup a POP3 client to access this mailbox and it is checking for mail every 2-5 minutes. When it sees the message it downloads it, deleting it from the server. The POP3 connections you see in the log will tell you who is causing this issue.
