Keep Maillogs for 5 years!

In Europe we may be required to keep maillogs for 5 years
Does anybody know of an easy way to do this using e.g. logrotate

zimbra should do this automatically. it puts a file /etc/logrotate.d/zimbra that rotates all the zimbra logs, including /var/log/zimbra.log which should contain your mta logs.
