Default Spam Assassin Configuration
I want to add ok_locales and ok_languages to my spamassassin ocnfiguration. So I edited my /opt/zimbra/conf/salocal.cf file but it keeps getting over-written.

Is there another place to add these rules?

Changes should be made to salocal.cf.in. Otherwise they will be overwritten on a restart.
