Default Database errors found

I seem to get these database errors every week or so. Can anyone point me in a direction to solve this? This one came after a sudden power outage.

Well I am not surprised if you get these if you had a sudden outage, perhaps a UPS would be good ? Also, you may want to perform a full MySQL DB check aswell.

I THOUGHT my UPS was working. (it was a month ago )

But I have gotten these without power outages.

I will do a MySQL check.
