Default importing data from exchange

I'm running the exchange migration wizard and it's 'unable to get domain list'. I'm wondering if I need to provide the zimbra root admin logon or if a domain admin logon is enough?

thank you,

You need to be a domain admin and the machine your running the wizard on must be on the domain.

I'm running the migration wizard from one of the two exchange servers currently hosting mail. the error is:

Unable to get domain list from server.

service.PERM_DENIED
permission denied: need amin token

I am using the domain admin logon. this error is occuring on the screen: select the domain to import users into.

sorry....I should have started the thread on install issues. I appreciate the weekend help. I'm trying to get an office setup before monday morning.

thank you,

for the zimbra account, you must use an administrator account.
