Default UID GID Question

Im migrating from 32 to 64 bit - I've seen mention of UID GID issues but not found the answer:

on my 32bit server
Zimbra has UID 1001: GID 1001

on the 64 Bit server
Zimbra has UID 1001: GID 1004

What needs to be changed before the ldap import?
localconfig.xml or modify the GID on the new server?
