Problem with some users, sharing documents.

I have problem when I share an agenda, blogs... to an user. When I share to xx1 user it shares ok, but when I share to xx2 it doesn´t goes well. It is no because the permission.

My question is if there is any configuration as user or root that makes no permit to a concrete user to get the share documents.

When I share the email that generated to advise it arrive but then there isnt any document to accept.
