Default Tracing email

I am having issues with trying to trace email being sent into my system.

I have used the zmmsgtrace command and am able to successfully lookup email being sent in, but when I try to look for an alias as the recipient it is failing.

The test I did was to send email to the alias@domain.com from a different email address on an exchange server and also from GMail.

The exchange email did not make it, but the GMail did. Any ideas why this may be occuring? If I do not send to the alias, but send to the real account from exchange I receive email.

Thanks,

Adam Cavaliere

Did the message get bounced back to the Exchange Server? Can you see a connection form the Exchange server when you try to send the email (tail the log file when you try the send)? Do you have any filters in place on that account that may be discarding the email? Which version of Zimbra is this? Please update your forum profile with the output of the following command:

Code:
zmcontrol -v
