Numbers of active mails

Hi,

I have some quick questions.

1) how can i find the the total number of active messages (not is GUI)
Total number of pop3 sessions

2) When i run "/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmqueuelog" it shows two output, whats it first one shows "QUEUE: 811 76"
