Problems with "show original" button

I was playing with the Zimbra toolbar in my Outlook 2003. I clicked on a message in my inbox and clicked the "Show Original" button. I got the following error:

HTTP ERROR: 403

permission denied: you do not have sufficient permissions

RequestURI=/service/home/myname@domain.com/


I got the same error when I clicked on the "Properties" button on the Zimbra toolbar. Any thoughts? I'm running the latest ZCO.
