Adjusting Kill percent

We are using a number of RBL's however some users (8-10) are still receiving a decent amount of spam daily (70+ messages).

I've taken the headers from 9 spam emails and tallied the scores ranging from 1 to 6.251 . I see the 'required' field however I'm unsure as where to alter that based on the average score users are seeing.

Currently AS/AV is running default, 75/33.

Suggestions?

Reduce the Kill/Tag scores to 66/25 and keep and eye on the Junk folders for false positives.
