IE7 - Zimbra Is Logging Out User or Closing Completely

I have a user who is complaining that when using IE7, his sessions will close and return him to the login page several times a day, while he is in the middle of working in Zimbra (composing a message or working with files in the briefcase). He uses the "detach message" feature a lot, and told me that he might have 3-4 messages in process and detached at any one time. He also complains that sometimes the browser closes on him completely.

I searched through a bunch of Bugzilla bugs and haven't found anything related yet. Are any other admins seeing this issue?

If his cookie gets removed for somereason, the session would get quit. I bet there's something killing the cookies (or over baking them )

How do I test to see if that's the issue?

The login screen displayed when the cookie is removed is different than the normal login screen. It doesn't have a remember me box, or a "Which version would you like to use" drop down. If those are missing, you know the cookie is getting removed by something.

I have found another instance of this happening. The user will be working and then Zimbra logs out and says the session expired. How do I find out why the session cookie is getting expired?
