Rules Outlook 2003 or 2007 not work with Zimbra

I had create rules in microsoft office 2003 or 2007 for mail to transfer all mail from zimbra server to local pst, but it also not work automatically. Manualy it work. Why using exchange server it work well. This is a big problem to me because all my user want it been done auto....
