[SOLVED] Few users can't authenticate

We authenticate our domain externally Active Directory but find two select users can't login. We can't get webmail, import or connector to work with these users. 63 domain users have worked flawlessly.

Can anyone point me to the correct log to view authentication errors?

For others using active directory authentication:

Users configured to only allow 'Log On To...' specific computers wont be able to authenticate into Zimbra.
