thanks for your advise,

newest version I have tried install, do only removing data of user hence automatis all that relate to email account of user in the form of email data and setup, password of user will be able to operate like initialy

I try the case searching but there is no or possible we not yet meet

one of the scenario we which have try is :

1. new version install in new machine
2. user account create
3. copy of email data of user via imapcopy

all succeeding, but existing constraint how to migrate user password of old server to new server ?, so that user actifitas do not annoyed

I thought you did not want to take across the existing data ? Okay so why not upgrade ZCS on your Fedora box to the highest version you can go to, then install the same version on your new server. Migrate from one server to the other using Moving ZCS to New Server - Zimbra :: Wiki and the upgrade the Ubuntu server to the latest release.
