Default [SOLVED] [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials]

Hi all.

I've a zimbra instalation with 985 users.

In my network i have microsoft AD and OpenLDAP.

The authentication method i've configured in Zimbra is LDAP and it is working.

My problem is, since yesterday (the day i've put zimbra working), i have (until now) 6 users that cannot enter in zimbra because i get errors with the authentication of the users:
Quote:
2008-11-14 10:44:40,887 WARN [btpool0-455] [oip=192.168.98.3;ua=zclient/5.0.8_GA_2462.RHEL5_64;] security - cmd=Auth; account=username@domain; protocol=soap; error=authentication failed for username, external LDAP auth failed, [LDAP: error code 49 - Invalid Credentials];
I just cant understand. Is this a zimbra problem ? i don't think so, because all the others users are working fine.

In the worst case, is it possible to set this users with a different authentication method ? Internal maybe ?

This is the authentication filter i've set in the ldap auth:
Quote:
LDAP Filter: (uid=%u)
LDAP search base: ou=People,dc=domain,dc=domain,dc=com
Quote:
Zimbra Version: 5.0.8_GA_2462.RHEL5_64;
Thx in advance

Bruno

Have you created these users in Zimbra? You need to do that first.

Yes. All the users are created in zimbra.

The funny thing is, using the same users in a Linux Server with LDAP authentication (the same LDAP server) they can login without problems.

I can't understand what's happening.

Ok! It's solved.
Thanks to the reply. This problem addressed me another one.

I have 2 LDAP servers, a primary and a secondary.
The primary server, the URI was misspelled and zimbra coulnd't connect with it. Then, zimbra try to "talk" with the secondary, with sucess, but both servers aren't synchronizing (the issue i discovery thanks to this) and new accounts weren't able to login.

Thanks all.
