    Default Network Service Error while adding filters

    Can anyone give me some direction on this? I have a user that is getting a Network Service Error when trying to add a Filter Rule. He is using the Zimbra Desktop Client and the server is running the latest version of ZCS. The error he gets is

    code: service.FAILURE
    method: SaveRulesRequest
    detail: soap:Receiver
    trace: btpool0-5:1226602374739:ab46aebfa63e54fb
