Mail Queue Error.

Using ZCS 5.0.5 Open Source Edition on Feodra 7,i386 Platform.

Now,By accessing zimbra admin console,I am getting below error while clicking "Mail Queues" in "Tool" menu.

Server error encountered Message: system failure: exception during auth {RemoteManager: ns1.renovau.co.in->zimbra@ns1.renovau.co.in:22} Error code: service.FAILURE Method: GetMailQueueInfoRequest Details:soap:Receiver


Please let me know what this error belongs to & how to sort out this error.
