Default change hostname

Hello ..

I am currently running zimbra open source on fedora core 7 and its working very fine. Server hostname is server.domain.com, but now i want to change domain.com because some certificates problem. So Can anybody tell me it is possible?

For this what changes i have to do before and after change hostname?
