Default Suggestion please for sharing calendar

Hi,
I just wonder if anyone has got a good suggestion for what I want.

Sharing calendar 1
We have 24 people in our office and all the individual calendars should be visible for the others. At this moment, we are sharing all calendars each other.
Is anyone doing anything different to achieve the same situation?
Our office administrators need to know individual's schedules as they are taking calls from customers.
But to view everyone's schedule in a calendar is not a smart way, because you will see as many duplication of a meeting as the number of the people who is attending the meeting.

So I'm using "admin" account for a public schedule like meeting, visitors, holidays, away from office...etc in order to let people see what's going on.
Admin's calendar is shared with everyone, and everyone needs to include "admin" for an attendee when public schedules are booked.
Then we leave individual shared calendars invisible on calendar view (tick off on your calendar) and only "admin" calendar are usually shown on your calendar. When office administrators wants to see non-public individual schedule, they can tick on the users' shared calendar to see.

Share calendar 2
As I'm doing the above mentioned way to share, when I have to add users, I have to send sharing invitation to the new user from all user accounts.
I searched on this website to find out if there is a command line utility to add shared calendar to a new users at one time. But I could not find it.
Does anyone know that tips?

If anyone can help me, it would be very much appreciated.

Zimbra version: 5.0.10_GA_2609.DEBIAN4.0 FOSS edition
Operating system : Debian 4.0

We ordered commercial version of Zimbra server in the last week.
If there is a solution on the commercial version, that information would be helpful, too.

Thanks in advance.
