SOAP Fault: MessagingException

I have a user who gets this message on occasion and only to a particular domain. Any ideas?

This exact message has been happening to us. I'm curious if anyone has found any more information or resolved this.

I have the same issue on a client with the SOAP error. The OS is windows 7.
