Copying all recieved email to a single account

Hello,

A customer would like to have every single email that enters the system entered into their Alfresco system. Alfresco (ECM system) has an extention that basically checks a pop account, and creates nodes based upon emails it recieves. My question is: is there a simple way of forwarding every single email from every account to another short of a distribution list for each user?

Welcome to the forum.

For each account, you can define a forwarding address through the Admin WebUI that will silently (ie: the user won't see it) forward any incoming mail to another address...

Define the same forwarding address for all accounts and you're done.
