Default [SOLVED] SPAM and HAM training for outlook users

Hi,

How can outlook(pop3) user train a mail as a spam or ham, as my understanding i have created aliases for both ham and spam account. If user want to mark a mail as spam he simply send the spam mail as a attached forwarded to sapm account and same as ham mails, there is no need to run "zmtrainsa ". If is am wrong or if there is any thing to add please i am waiting your response.

This has been covered many times in the forums, you must send the email to the Spam account as an attachment (it MUST be sent as an attachment) ham would obviously go to the ham account. Search bugzilla for an RFE to add support for spam/ham training for Outlook and add your vote to it.

The current workaround is to forward the spam as an attachment to the spam mailbox for example spam.kq9iyvza@companyname.com
The auto train routines scan this mailbox's folder for messages and strip the attachments and scan them.

Yes, it's the spam/ham accounts and no, you don't need to run zmtrainsa.
