Set encoding in Webclient?

Dear all,

Some of you may have yahoo mail account, and the new version of
yahoo's interface looks like the one we're familiar in ZCS.

however, we found there's one interesting feature "Set Encodings"
in "More Actions" function tab. Users can switch to different encoding
in case the default encoding can't display the emails correctly.

Does this feature also exist in current ZCS 5.* ?
(as far as I know, it's NOT)
or any plan to add such feature for future release?

If you suffer the language display issues, you must be able to understand
this feature is really important and necessary.

any comment?
