Does anyone know the default time of the trash email, before it is removed, if any. Some user complaining they are not seeing trash email from a month ago. Yea, I thought if you put it in the trash that you did not want it either. One mans trash >>

Trash email as default will last 30 days. This can be changed through the Admin GUI under Manage Global Settings->Email Retention Policy. Does that help ?
