[SOLVED] Point In Time Restore Issue

We're currently having some issues with point in time restores. For example, when I attempt to do a point in time restore for the 26th of October at 12am, I get email that is from the 1st of November. If I go even further back to the 17th of October, I still get email from the 1st of November. Is this expected behavior?

I'm doing the restores from the admin gui.
