User login issue - IE

Hi we have just gone live with ZCS today with 150 odd users.

One user has been logged in fine until he says he got disconnected, now he is having trouble getting back in with Internet Explorer showing the attached error.

It's only happening to him. We have tried clearing temp files etc and tried other PC's but no go.

Any ideas?

EDIT: the option of loading the HTML client does work, but the issue must be AJAX related?

For that user go into the admin console and try re-indexing their account. Its a long shot but perhaps something got messed up when they were disconnected.

Thanks uxbod - will give that a go.
If that fails I will look at deleteing his account and reinstating it.

Reindex didn't work so will revert to removing the mailbox and reinstating it.
