Change the reply address

Is it possible to change the "reply" address for a single message?

Scenario: Joe wants to send a message to Jim. But if Jim clicks "reply" for that message, the intent is for that replied email to go to Jane without Jim knowing it.

Yes, set the 'Reply-to' in the persona of the users preferences.

One catch though...they're using Outlook 03. And I really don't want to make our CEO and President go through webmail just for that.
