Default creating an additional default calendar for all users

Hi Guys,
does anybody know how to create an additional calendar (absence) for all users per default?
So anybody is able to manage (read write) his time of absence and is able to see the time of absence of all users?

Thanks Michael

Theres no way to do this through the web interface, you would have to make a script to do it all via command line using the tools zmprov and zmmailbox

If you are all in the same domain could you not create a group (Address Book->New Contact Group->All All) and then create the new calendar and specify the group. I think that should then send the calendar link to everybody on that list.
