Default soapURL and proxy mode

Using to mailbox machines and the proxy to direct traffic, Im seeing IE throw "secure and unsecure" errors when looking at the documents tab. I think the issue is that soapURL, rest and publicURL seems to still point to http. Runing zmtlsctl https, followed by a reinit of the proxy seems to leave zimbraMailMode in http mode.

How do I get zimbraMailMode to stay in https mode, with the proxy running? It should be noted that the proxy is running on both mailbox servers (for now they don't have their own machines) and that the http/https thing does matter in to the machines because the L4 switch forces all http connections to https anyway. The only issue is the IE warnings.

Did I confuse everyone?
