attachment limit for list of user

hi all
i am using zimbra mail server in fc8

One of our my main criteria is to limit certain users ability to send attachments. Some users should be able to send email with attachments, but other users cannot.

Is There any default attachment settings for groups or individual user?????

Does anyone know how to do this?

for the second RFE it would be better if it was by CoS and not domain IMHO.
