Default Using Zimbra LDAP for authentication with other network apps...

We are using Zimbra LDAP with other network apps for authentication, and now we have a user who is leaving the company, and I locked their account in the Admin interface, but this has no effect on the other apps.

Is there a way to mark the account as locked or closed such that LDAP will no longer authenticate?

hope that makes sense...tia
