Default Lost Class of Service and customizations of templates...

Something has changed since we upgraded to 5.10

First and foremost, when adding accounts I can no longer select their "class of service" from the 4 levels I had created. When I add a user I have the option of "staff" which for some reason is the default (unwantedly), and "default". When I select default, and try to edit the account to put in one of the others (I have Advanced, Standard, and Enhanced), they're no longer available to choose from.

Issue #2 - I had branded the templates to use our company logo etc. as permitted, but when I upgrade everything disappears... is this normal? The documentation for branding seemed to be for some long past version and wasn't very easy to work with.

I guess that's the next step.
In the meantime... do I have to rebuild/re-assign my class of service setups or what?

I've gone ahead and created a bug in bugzilla

Some confirmation from other affected admins and some votes would be great.

Bug 32742 – Lost Class of Service during upgrade to 5.0.10

searching bugzilla can be frustrating at best. Anyway the bug is apparently a duplicate of: Bug 31993 – [INTL] Admin: Empty drop down for "Service class"

This bug is listed as "Fixed" in 5.0.10 - um... that's the version I have and it doesn't look fixed to me.

the bug was listed as of 5.0.10, and it's been fixed probably for 5.0.11

The Version that's listed in the report is the version of Zimbra the bug was reported. The 'Fixed' status means the bug is fixed in the code and needs to go through Q&A before being marked as Verified. Check this page: A Bug's Life Cycle

The drop-down also does not work for me, using NE 5.0.10. However, the COS is not "gone", it is simply not displayed (dunno why). If I move my default COS and start typing the only other COS I have, after about 3-4 chars it auto-completes ("mobile"). So it is there, but the admin UI does not show the drop-down choices. Not fixed in 5.0.10 as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks for that reply gnyce... I hadn't thought of manually typing in the COS name. That resolves my immediate need to assign users a COS, thanks!
