customize the format for "Received" and "Sent"

Dear All,

When browsing Inbox folder, the date/time for the email we received
is put the in "Received" column, is it possible to customize the format
for "Received" column?

for instance, the current format for "Received" is :
Hour:Minutes (for today)
Month Year (for previous emails0

Can we customize it as the format below:

Year/Month/Date hour:minutes


Any comment will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
