Default Scan and send email from printer

Im having a problem that only makes me recieve only 1 or 2 scanned documents, this seems to be a bit random. But after that i cant recieve any more scanned emails for another hour or so.

But if i try sending to another account it works there for 1 or 2 scanned documents, and so on it continues.

The log says that emails have been sent successfully, but they dont get recieved by user.

could this be related to the antispam function?

Check /var/log/zimbra.log to see how Postfix has processed it.

From what i can tell, it first goes through amavisd, then passes clean and then postfix marks it as sent. But it never arrives.

This is my printer, i see it gets connected as unknown, could this be reason?

It certainly appears to be rejecting after the HELO SMTP stage. Does a reverse name entry appear in your DNS for that scanner ?

By scanner you are refering to the amavis on my emailserver? If so yes, it has a reverse dns name.

But my printer, no.

Create a reverse entry in your DNS for the printer and see if that cures the problem.

Nothing helps..

But i found this:

http://wiki.zimbra.com/index.php?title=King0770-Notes

zmprov gacf | grep zimbraMessageIdDedupeCacheSize

Its set to 3000

Perhaps this is the reason? Because 1 mail usually goes through ok, but more just is gone.

Edit:

Setting this to 0 today, and will do new tests tomorrow, cant restart zimbra at work hours..
