Angry backup missing data

I have the default back up schedule for 5.0.10 NE. I have a need to restore a user box due to he was using the deleted items as a holding point for read emails. The trash retains only 30 days of emails. When I restore his mailbox it only has 2 weeks back for deleted items. I would assume that the backup would have 30 days prior to the backup date in the deleted items. HELP!

Well I thought I would add a post to this post as no one has entered a comment for over 2 weeks. This is a must for me to know.

I have used my last FULL backup. No I have not submitted this to support yet as I felt this should be a simple solution just that I can not locate any online information on this issue.

Worth asking Bill ... not restored myself yet so unable to comment. Will setup a test account and have a play.
