Default can't delete domain

Hi,

I've two domains - domain.com and sub.domain.com. I can't delete either of the domains. Why? I'm on RH4.0-64bit-NE.

Help!

Thx.
lkj

[zimbra@zimbra log]$ zmprov gaa domain.com
[zimbra@zimbra log]$ zmprov gaa sub.domain.com
admin@sub.domain.com

[zimbra@zimbra log]$ zmprov dd domain.com
ERROR: account.DOMAIN_NOT_EMPTY (domain not empty: domain.com. You may beed to remove the value in zimbraNotebookAccount attribute before deleting accounts in this domain.)

[zimbra@zimbra log]$ zmprov dd sub.domain.com
ERROR: account.DOMAIN_NOT_EMPTY (domain not empty: sub.domain.com. You may beed to remove the value in zimbraNotebookAccount attribute before deleting accounts in this domain.)

Also tried
[zimbra@zimbra log]$ zmprov md domain.com zimbraNotebookAccount ""

zmprov gaa -v | grep zimbraMailAlias | grep domain.com

You can't delete sub.domain.com in your above example because it contains admin@sub.domain.com

The warning about clearing the domain wiki value was added in Bug 22464 - DomainLevelWiki: Dont allow deleting domainlevelwiki once created or handle the problems

Hi Mike,

Thanks. Appreciate your help. What I get now is this.

[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov gaa -v | grep zimbraMailAlias | grep domain.com
[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov md domain.com zimbraNotebookAccount ""
[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov da wiki@domain.com
ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_ACCOUNT (no such account: wiki@domain.com)
[zimbra@zimbra ~]$ zmprov dd domain.com
ERROR: account.DOMAIN_NOT_EMPTY (domain not empty: domain.com. You may beed to remove the value in zimbraNotebookAccount attribute before deleting accounts in this domain.)

The easier (for us!) GUI way via the admin interface is to change the wiki account for domain.com to some other domain's wiki account, e.g. wiki@otherdomain.com.

Then you can delete the offending wiki@domain.com mailbox, and then you can delete the domain.com domain.

Hope that helps,
Mark
