Default Fresh Install of Zimbra

I have previously had a running version of Zimbra 4.5.11.

I have tried everything to restore from backup with no luck.

What directories do I need to remove to do a fresh install of zimbra on the same machine. I removed the /opt/zimbra dir as well as references to zimbra in the /tmp.

When I go to install it still finds the previous installation and wants to do an upgrade which is not working either.

Try running "install.sh -u" first (what your supposed to do to remove Zimbra). Then run install again.
