It tells me "You are not authorized to view bug #7404". Did it already exist, or was it just created? What does it say?

It's filed against a Network feature. So it's private. If you are a Network customer you should be able to see it(if not you can ask our support team to check this for you). The bug basically says that the iSync dialog doesn't expose any shared calendars.

We are, but we aren't... Our organization isn't large enough to make it cost effective to host our own Zimbra server, so we're using a third party hosting company, SMedia. So we use the Network Edition, but we're not a direct Zimbra customer... Is there any way for us to get access to the Network customer bugs?

Not today. We don't have the ability to provision/support hosted customers yet. We are looking to add that in the future.

Any idea when ical write (http-auth/webdav) is going to be supported for remote calendars from within the zimbra web client? If the iSync connector has it, why not enable it the web interface?

Caldav isn't really necessary as much as webdav/http auth client is. In fact I don't know of any calendar clients supporting complete caldav spec.

iSync uses our SOAP api. It's planned to extend the write support to additional interfaces as clients/customers demand the need. Which clients do you plan to use with this functionality? We've not yet found any clients today that have a significant % of the market to demand this functionality. Outlook and iCal are covered and it's hard to say any other client has a large enough user base today. Be interested to hear your thoughts.
