Default Reminders Not Appearing When On Mail Tab

We are getting lots of reports of this from users. Is anyone else experiencing it?

It seems that if a user logs in and stays on the mail tab, they never get their calendar reminders. If they log in, click on the calendar and return to the mail tab, then the reminders work fine.

I found this bug for Desktop...
Bug 32162 - Reminder didn't pop up until I opened the calendar

...but it seems to be affecting us on the 5.0.9 Web Client as well.

We think maybe the "lazy loading" feature is set so that reminders don't happen unless/until the calendar is selected (and Zimbra loads that module).

Can anyone else confirm that this is happening?

Thanks,
Matt

Bug 27921 - mini calendar not highlighting days-with-appointment

Minical does not show bolded until the user clicks selects their calendar. May be a similar issue?

This should be fixed by Bug 31271 - reminder alert is not shown after login in 5.0.10

The mini-cal is: Bug 27921 - mini calendar not highlighting days-with-appointment (got a post in before me I see)

While the ZD specific issue is Bug 32162 - Reminder didn't pop up until I opened the calendar & Bug 32063 - offline : javascript error: appointment and new mail balloon reminders not working
