Yahoo! Map Zimlet

What determines whether or not this Zimlet displays?
It seems to work if you click on the Zimlet directly
and enter an address, but if the address is in an email such as:

Company Name
Address
Suite Number
City, State zip

Nothing.
I know I've seen this work before??

It's the matching and hyperlinking is done with the <matchOn> element in the Zimlet.

I'm not sure if there is a newer document, but this one is from 2006 and its mentioned on page 18, with an example on page 39: Zimlets Whitepaper
