IM tab is missing on Zimbra

Hi Team, I just finished installing Zimbra but, noticed that IM tab is missing and didn't find any supporting document how to enable it. Can anybody point me to the right direction to get the IM feature turned on Zimbra?

Welcome to the forums,

In the below COSname is 'default' unless you've specified others. Anything with zimbraPref is possible as an individual user setting that can override class of service when set explicitly on an account, if not set it just inherits the parent COS. These are also in the admin console GUI > COS/account > features & preferences tabs.

My IM tab is also missing, after execute these, there is no IM TAB still,

please help out to me where i am missing.

In ZCS 6, there is no dedicated IM tab. Instead, there is a persistent bar across the bottom of the main window with icons for setting status, adding buddies and viewing the friends list. It should say 'IM Beta' in the far-right of the bar.

There is no IM in Zimbra desktop. It is only on web version.
